Erik-Jan has 15 years’ Philips career in several businesses and geographies, mainly in Supply Chain and Procurement leadership roles. He has recently joint the newly setup Lighting Procurement organization on Indirect Materials & Services and will be responsible for the IT and Business & Strategic Services portfolio. In the Philips Lighting journey to streamline cost levels to the benchmark, as domain leader he also will drive the Cost Out program to accommodate these business ambitions.
Roy van Griensven has a Masters degree in Marketing and Supply Management. He has been with Philips for 14 years in different roles in all sectors (Healthcare, Consumer Lifestyle and Lighting) and in both Marketing as well as IT leadership roles. Roy van is heading the Business Engagement function in Philips Lighting, accountable for all IT business partnering activities throughout Business Groups, Market Groups and primary business functions and in addition, accountable for all Marketing & Sales IT in Philips Lighting.
