Ashley Bates

Since starting at Shell in 1999 when he operated as an IT procurement manager for the APAC region Ashley has risen up the ranks to become one a relatively small team of procurement VPs responsible for rolling out global strategy. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President for procurement Ashley leads and develops a global team of approximately 700 contracting and procurement professionals who support Shell's business delivery strategy.<
