Duncan has over 25 years consulting and procurement experience as a change driver working with senior executives and procurement leadership teams in the design and mobilisation of business-wide processes in category management and supplier relationship management. His procurement experience comes from working with Ford, Mars, Black & Decker, NTL, and R&SA, where he has personally had direct line accountability for expenditure in excess of £2bn in both production (direct) and indirect categories. During his 10 years as a senior consultant with both QP Group and Future Purchasing he has successfully implemented category management, and developed the skills and capabilities of procurement teams, in a number of clients such as Diageo, Barclays & Nestlé.
